This January, join me in Ibiza for a weekend deep dive into conscious cooking — a journey designed to help you reconnect with food, elevate your wellbeing, and fall in love with cooking simple and healthy dishes made from local organic ingredients available right here on the island.

Through mindful techniques and hands-on guidance, you’ll learn to create nourishing farm to table meals that support your body and taste absolutely incredible.

day 1 PT1 — Foundations & Knife Skills

Theme: Presence

Dishes: Soup / Salads
Learn to slow down, tune into your senses, and build confidence with essential knife and preparation skills. We create a wholesome, balanced dish using seasonal produce.

DAY 1 PT 2 — Fire, Flavour & Intuition

Theme: Transformation

Dishes: Stew / Curry
Explore the alchemy of heat — sautéing, simmering, and layering flavour with intention. A warming, nourishing hero dish brings everything together.

DAY 2 PT1 — Gut Health nourishment

Theme: Trust

Dishes: Healing Chicken Soup / Pickling
Discover the art of slow, nourishing cooking with a healing chicken soup, alongside simple pickling techniques to create vibrant, living foods that support gut health and inner balance.

DAY 2 PT2 — Conscious Desserts & Closing Celebration

Theme: Celebration 

Dishes: Orange, Olive Oil & Almond Cake
We finish with naturally sweet, high-vibrational dessert free from refined sugar, wheat and dairy, followed by a soulful closing ceremony to honour your growth and the land.

Chris Bookless, also known as the Conscious Cook, is a conscious chef, transformational coach, and energy and sound healer based in Ibiza. Since launching the Conscious Cook platform in 2019, Chris has been on a mission to inspire others through the healing power of food and mindful living.

Chris’s unique approach weaves together nourishing, high-vibration cuisine with energy work, creating deeply transformative experiences for individuals and groups. FAQ

Where is the course held?

The cookshop takes place in Santa Eulalia, Ibiza, in a fully equipped kitchen space. Full location details will be sent after booking.

Do I need any cooking experience?

No experience is needed. This course is suitable for beginners and confident home cooks alike. Everything is taught step by step in a relaxed, non-judgemental environment.

What type of food will we be cooking?

We focus on whole, organic, seasonal food, with an emphasis on gut health, nourishment and flavour. The food is free from refined sugar and processed ingredients, with options that are gluten- and dairy-free where possible.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes. Please let me know any dietary needs or intolerances when you book, and we will accommodate your needs 

How many people will be in the group?

This is a small group experience, limited to ensure personal attention and a calm, supportive atmosphere.

What should I bring with me?

Just yourself, comfortable clothing, and an open mind. Everything else — ingredients, equipment and materials — is provided.

Is this course suitable for locals?

Yes. This course is designed especially for the local Ibiza community and anyone wanting a grounded, nourishing weekend experience. Teaching will be in English.

What is the investment and how do I pay?

The investment is €350.00 (IVA + IRPF included).
A limited number of payment plan options are available: €175.00 deposit to secure your place and €200 due before the course.

What is the cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. If the course does not go ahead due to minimum numbers not being met, all payments will be fully refunded.
