Who is this cleanse suitable for?
Conscious Cleanse is suitable for anyone looking to reset, rebalance, and reconnect with their wellbeing in a grounded and nourishing way. If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are unsure whether cleansing is right for you, please contact me and consult a healthcare professional before booking.
Do I need to prepare before the cleanse?
Yes. You’ll receive simple preparation guidance via the private WhatsApp group to help you transition smoothly into the cleanse and get the most from your experience.
Will I feel hungry during the cleanse?
The cleanse is designed to be nourishing and supportive rather than extreme. Most participants feel well-fed, energised, and clear. Listening to your body is encouraged at all times.
Can I continue working and normal daily activities?
Yes. These cleanses are designed to integrate into everyday life. You may wish to move a little more gently and prioritise rest where possible.
Where do I collect my cleanse?
All cleanse packages are prepared fresh and collected from a central location in Ibiza. Full details will be shared after booking.
Are the glass bottles and jars included?
Yes. All packaging is reusable glass and yours to keep.
Is support included during the cleanse?
Absolutely. You’ll be part of a private WhatsApp group with daily support, guidance, and integration tips from Chris throughout the cleanse.
Can I extend my cleanse beyond 3 days?
Yes. Cleanses can be extended up to 5 days upon request. Please email us to discuss availability and options.
Can I book the RENEW healing sessions separately?
Healing sessions included in the RENEW package are booked via email after purchase.
Can I book the healing sessions without doing the cleanse?
Yes. Energy and sound healing sessions with Chris and Josie Danielle can also be booked separately, subject to availability. Please contact us directly for details.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the fresh, made-to-order nature of the cleanse, all bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible.
