LIFE FORCE: SOUND HEALING
Join Josie and Chris for a nourishing sound healing to renew your life force energy and support your transition into the year ahead with intention. This is an in person offering for any local Dorset community, friends, family who feel called to receive. You will lie down and rest in candle light in the magical retreat ‘Happy River’ nestled in the Forest surrounded by nature. Through sacred sound, energy and intention we will open up the potential for deep shifts to occur in mind, body, heart and spirit. There is nothing for you to do - simply arrive, get comfortable and receive.
You will be guided on a dreamy soundscape through the healing frequencies of alchemy crystal bowls, drums, chimes, tuning forks, native flute, melodic instruments and light language transmissions channeled through the voice. The ethereal yet grounding journey will guide you into a relaxed and receptive state as your brain waves change, breath pattern deepens and effortlessly you fall into a deep surrender. It is to be experienced to be truly understood.
We cannot wait to journey with you. It will be a love filled, community container with the intention of supporting you to move into the new year feeling open and connected in mind, body and soul. Your nervous system will thank you.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Please bring everything you need to be comfortable for the journey so you can relax - yoga mat, blanket, cushion, extra cushion or bolster to support your legs under your knees to ensure comfort (Please note I will have spares available incase anyone forgets or needs it)
I advise you to bring water with you to stay hydrated
Please avoid caffeine for at least 3 hours prior to the session
Please avoid alcohol on the day of the session
Please do not attend if you have any signs or symptoms of cold/sniffles/fever/cough
