Week 1 — Foundations & Knife Skills
Theme: Presence
Dishes: Soup / Salads
Learn to slow down, tune into your senses, and build confidence with essential knife and preparation skills. We create a wholesome, balanced dish using seasonal produce.
Week 2 — Fire, Flavour & Intuition
Theme: Transformation
Dishes: Stew / Curry
Explore the alchemy of heat — sautéing, simmering, and layering flavour with intention. A warming, nourishing hero dish brings everything together.
Week 3 — Gut Health & Fermentation
Theme: Trust
Dishes: Bone Broth / Fermentation
Dive into simple fermentation techniques and create living, probiotic-rich foods that nourish from the inside out.
Week 4 — Conscious Desserts & Closing Celebration
Theme: Celebration
Dishes: Raw Deserts / Healthy Baking
We finish with naturally sweet, high-vibrational desserts free from refined sugar, wheat and dairy, followed by a soulful closing ceremony to honour your growth.
